Before each event or fair, all exhibitors have the opportunity to preview their stand. During the preview period, which is usually a couple of days before the event, you will be able to view what your stand will look like during the event, check content and graphics and familiarize yourself with the layout.
Should you find any errors in the stand, you can email these to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for you to have time to preview the stand before the fair, it presupposes that you have submitted all material in time for the material deadline. The opportunity to preview the stand only takes place during the preview period and any changes must have been emailed to us before the deadline. After the preview period is over, we can not make any changes to your booth.
You will receive information about the date for submission of material and the preview period before the fair.
